Each Union needs to have a contact person that will interact with the ACMS team during the implementation process. In addition, the Union needs to have someone to fill the role of the ACMS expert, to assist the Conference membership clerks with support needs. If the ACMS contact and expert are the same person, there also needs to be a second individual in the office familiar with ACMS, to serve as a backup.
Your Division also needs to have an ACMS contact person.
